Union cabinet panel approves Mokama-Munger highway, Bhagalpur railway projects

The Union government has approved projects to improve road and rail links. A four-lane highway will be built in Bihar. It will connect Mokama to Munger. The project aims to reduce travel time and boost economic activity. The government also approved doubling the Bhagalpur-Dumka-Rampurhat railway line. This will improve connectivity to religious sites and benefit several villages across three states.
